Easy purchase, support somewhat lacking
Product ordering and delivery were great. The cannula that were sent with the machine are too big for the patient. Also when I reached out to tech support about the power supply cord I never received an answer.

plus and minus
easy contact, knowledgeable sales person, Customer service is the best, affordable price. machine is VERY LOUD for an oxygen machine, especially if it needs to be carried, but as we need continuous portable oxygen, understandable. It will serve it's purpose as a vacation and emergency use machine. We will have to put in a different room, to use at night, as it will be too loud to sleep with.

Good product and has good shipping…
Good product and has good shipping times. However, it would have been nice if information about the Caire Concentrator needed a separate battery charger. I bought two batteries not knowing I also needed a charging adapter for the spare battery. I bought one so I guess alls good.

This is the 2nd time I have used you to…
This is the 2nd time I have used you to purchase a portable oxygen generator/concentrator. Chris Hollis was knowledgeable and helpful without pressing me for a sale. The POC arrived in the time frame that was indicated and best of all appears to work really well. I’m quite pleased with my purchase so far.
