I will comment on the machine first and then on the company. After two hours of use, the machine appears to be working as it should in providing necessary oxygen. However there are problems that the manufacturer is aware of but has not corrected. The machine ventilates at the bottom, emitting hot air onto the floor which, as stated in the owners manual could ruin carpet, wood, etc. Hence the user must come up with both a solution that elevates the machine higher and allows for air flow. Also, the owners manual is written in extremely small print, requiring some people to use a magnifying glass, and the photos are black, displaying no image. So, arrows to parts, are just arrows. Finally, there is no index. Regarding the company and trying to buy an oxygen concentrator. I was very pleased with the sales person, who did everything he could to work thru the inconsistencies in obtaining a solid order. I was told more than once that the first brand that we wanted would be ours, only to be told later that it was not available. I can only guess at their motivation. Then I was told that there were more than one of our second choices available and would be ready to go by the following day, only to find out the next day that we would receive none of them. Finally, we had to settle for a machine being returned by a customer. In the time of Covid, I understand that there is a shortage of oxygen concentrators, but this process was extremely frustrating to say the least. And again, the frustrations were originating internally, not from the sales person who I found to be very helpful.

very little to no follow-up calls to see if i need any help. prior to sale--daily calls and now none to speak of. made sale so it's "let's move on"!!

Not impressed with follow up, or support. Emailed a question before I ordered, never got an answer. "Signed Up" to get prices, got an immediate call back. Emailed the next day, and got no response. Emailed again to the sales critters manager, she called back. The order DID ship that day. I bought from the Oxygen Concentrator Store in part because they are a Colorado company. Maybe I should have saved $300 and bought from the outfit in NH. Maybe they would call, or email and ask if I got everything set up OK. Nothing bad to say, but nothing outstanding either. Average at best.

What I wanted but too expensive

The purchase process went well and the product was as expected. However, I have not been able to connect the unit to the ap via blue tooth. I have talked with both your and the manufacturers service representatives with no success.

While my sales person was initially helpful, when I was not happy with what I purchased I never heard back from him. If feel like I am stuck with something that doesn't work all the way for me. Also when I went in to pick up the concentrator I purchased, the lady at the front desk was pretty rude and difficult. All in all it was not a bad experience until I didn't like what I bought. Then there were no other options.

Helpful folks, but it does look like they would have shipped 2 day as expensive as these things are,. Just saying
