Oxygen Concentrator StoreReviews of oxygenconcentratorstore.com

This website is deceiving….it states portable oxygen concentrators are “in stock and available for rental.” Don’t believe it. I called on April 28 looking for a May 30th rental….there is nothing available until AUGUST.

Trouble reaching someone that could help. Not good when oxygen dependant. Still haven't a plan of action to repair a 1 yr old portable oxygen concentrator. No information received about a loaner device or rental until repair can be made. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND resolve this issue.

Well, received the inogen concentrator on April 20, 2022. I put it together the next day. I read the manual and i was able to get it going. Sat with it on maybe a half an hour. On April 22, i was leaving the house so i put it on and pushed start. It came on and i set it to 3 since i was walking up steps. Before i got very far i heard a beep and saw the yellow caution light. I stopped and i turned the unit off. It said on screen shutting down. I have not been able to turn it on since. I tried with the power cord charger too. I have called the sales person Deborah Montelli twice. I called her on April 21st to tell her i thought we had talked about sending me the Inogen Gen 4 as it was the lightest. I had 1st asked her about the Gen 3 but said i wanted the lightest to carry. She said that would be the Gen 4. I received a Gen 3 and i wanted to discuss this with her. Never heard back. April 22 i called and left message again that the inogen concentrator was not working. I did not hear back. I feel i just need to return this concentrator to your company. I am disappointed. Bought a rebuild enogen for 3000 thousand the second machine I've bought from this company, they did not replace the sieves before selling it I purchased it less than 7 months ago and they made me pay for them! Will not do business with them anymore

The sales process was flawless! The product arrived on time! Once opened I followed instructions to a “T” to ensure product would have the best results for my Mother. This is where the whole thing went sideways. Upon turning the “X-Plor” on it read “oxygen delivery error” and the machine shut off, we changed the cannula, and turned the machine back on, at this time it read “sensor failure” I called my sales rep (I still maintain that he is awesome at his job) he opened a ticket and forwarded me to customer service, the rep informed me that he was not even going to try to fix my problem that he would be sending another machine, but before he could do so I would have to return the bad product that I paid almost $2,700.00 for. Since I am a one car household I also had to pay $19.38 for UPS to pick up the defective package. I am beyond displeased.

My order was incorrect. I am most disappointed that the Representative stated he had years of experience yet failed to properly assist me after the sale. With a follow-up and shipment of the rest of my order, I would have been a happy customer. It’s been a month and I do not have a response. I would not recommend any company that has poor follow-up after a sale. So I do not recommend the Oxygen Store.

The oxygen concentrator I bought died after three month. I had to pay $60 and arrange to get it to a shipper for repair even though it was "under warranty". There is provision of a "loaner". They have had the unit for 10 days and I have not even gotten an update on when I can expect to have it back. Luckily, I have a portable unit so I am not in respiratory distress. The company does not appear to care about anything once they have made the sale. The customer service is poor and they do not seem to care if they are leaving an oxygen dependent patient without oxygen. So much for their "family" advertising.

I purchased a machine from this place. They are a third party seller. You need to deal directly with Inogen. I have had to return my machine 3x in less than a year. It has been very disconcerting being stuck at home!! I do not recommend dealing with these people.
