Always reliable
So far so good! We needed a repair to a home concentrator under warranty. Everything has been handled so smoothly, and I've been told our machine is ready for return after only a few days which better than our expectations. We have two machines from this store over a period of several years and they have been great about everything. The people who work there always give prompt and helpful answers, couldn't be better customer service.

Great company
Great company. Worked with a salesperson by the name of Katie. She done an outstanding job! They had a great sale. All of my items were shipped the day I purchased them. Only problem was UPS, they never met the delivery date even though my equipment was here in the area. I finally contacted UPS directly and issue was resolved. No fault of anyone, it was UPS problem. Thank you Katie for an awesome experience!

Cami was such a help with knowledge and…
Cami was such a help with knowledge and excellent advice, unfortunately Dale has not been able to use the portable oxygen machine as he was in the hospital until late Saturday afternoon. I am hoping we’ll use it this evening as we are planning on going out for dinner.
