Prompt, friendly, helpful, good product
Edit: Sales support contacted me today via phone and are sending the other hosing tomorrow. Again, very friendly and helpful. Recommended. Prompt response to all inquiries. Very friendly. Received condenser within one week only thing missing was a couple of 20' hoses that the salesperson said she would include. Easy set up and has been working flawlessly for 2 weeks now. Much quieter than my previous model.
