From the time that I initially put our feelers about Inogen Rove six oxygen concentrator store concentrator store was the first to respond. The salesman’s name is Dakota we talked. He gave me the the prices told me exactly what he could do and what he couldn’t. He was very upfront. There was no pressure. I felt he was very honest. He told me the same entire program. I said I would get back to him. I had to think about it a couple of days. I discussed it with my daughter and called me back and said it was a go situation I requested a pro forma invoice which he immediately sent because I wanted in writing what he planned on doing the equipment came in. It was exactly as he said it would be at the price he quoted he then explained in detail today what my rebate would be if I returned these items that I was currently using I promise you I will put out feelers. I live in a mobile home park for seniors there are other than the park I know who have oxygen at home. I don’t know what kind of oxygen that they travel with, but I will find out and I promise you I definitely will give them Dakota‘s name because I think you are very honest company and he’s a very honest salesman. I was very, very satisfied working with him. Thank you for being my Oxygen equipment supplier.

Chris H. was very friendly and helpful with purchasing a new home concentrator for my Dad. He seemed very knowledgeable and handled things with efficiency. After many hours of research I had come down to 2 possibilities for the highest O2 capacity. Chris was able to direct me to the better of the two for me and get me the accessories I would need and a great price for a planned trip and continued use after. For me the Pulse settings are good when I am sitting or not exerting and the 3 liters is good when I am exerting, walking or lifting (usually into or out of a vehicle). Note: 1) if lifting the Caire Eclipse 5 while mounted on the cart - lift by the cart not the concentrator handle as a complicated lift may disengage the bottom pegs. 2) The wheelchair bag will not fit on the cart, so you will need to carry one or the other separately if using a wheel chair for long distances and are able to switch to pulling the cart for shorter distances where a wheelchair would not be convenient.
