not thrilled with new product I tried and should have stayed with one that had proven tried and true in the past. Quality just not the same. Broke within first 3 days of use. Will probably be exchanging for original concentrator I have been using due to it not failing me yet. Made decision on price increase of old product. Never a good thing to do when it comes to quality.

Not the best experiene. For senior citizens on a fixed income, this purchase is a lot of money. Tracking the shipping was messed up and was really stressing me out (apparently shipping company errors). But then I could not reach anyone including and especially my sales associate to find out what was going on. I am not sure I will be recommending this company to other COPD/emphysema patients needing supplemental oxygen.

First of all you sent the wrong one, had to make a phone call for that, next said they sent a shipping label for the old one, didn't do that either. Was in email to print, but not in box with new one. Did print it but had to mail to Tom Ruiz, he had to call. To get a extension for sending back the old one until the shipping label. Now how do you think you did for customer service. I'd say F, for failure.

I took my portable cocentrator to American Medical(Oxygen Concentrator Store)for repair they found my mother board was malfunctioning. They had the parts in house to fix the problem but since my warranty had expired the previous month their policy is to send the machine back to the manufacturer if it is no longer under warranty. They gave me a 3 to 6 week time frame when my machine would be returned. This is a very long time to go without a portable machine. I had no choice but to have it sent out to get fixed. I did receive it back exactly 3 weeks after sending it out and they were very good at keeping me updated. The machine came back in excellent condition. I give 3 stars because of their policy to ship out machines that are no longer under warranty when they could have fixed it in house and I would not have been without my machine for so long.

It is helping me but it is so noisy I am embarrassed to carry it in public and that is why I bought it to maintain my mobility.

I am okay with my concentrator, although it is not quiet like I was told. I believe the salesman was talking about the Respironics Everflo Q and I was sent the Respironics Everflo. It is not much quieter than the concentrator I replaced. Because the reason I replaced it was to have a good nights sleep, it did not meet my expectations. Janice Hinshaw
