I still do not have my REPLACEMENT "pillars" 2weeks after ordering. Your employee Vannatta did a good job getting me replacement part but WHERE ARE THE PILLARS (evidently) from another department???? Absolutely no follow up from replacement parts people. ADVISE. If pillars have not yet shipped you need to ship them overnight PREPAID. Ken Mears

Not happy with them. I think they wanted to make a quick sale and didn’t offer me Care Credit with one year interest free. I use CC all the time and always get the one year. They told me I would get my machine in two days and it took a week. I don’t trust people after they lie to me.

Sent in machine for repairs, got it back today, didn't work right from the box, had to call to send it right back same day. This is 3rd repair on a machine that's just a bit over a year old. For the cost of it, very disappointed.

The XPlor does not work, my wife contacted you and you sent a replacement. The replacement does not work! My wife said she was on the phone with a representative and they went through the entire trouble shooting process and it still does not WORK!!!! The rep said they will send another replacement, but it won’t be here for several weeks! We are scheduled to fly to Germany for 3 weeks on 6 June. Obviously my wife can’t take the trip because your product is flawed. It is necessary for me to make this trip, This means I must go alone thanks to your flawed product! We purchase this XPlor specifically for this trip. Upon my return the end of June I will contact you by phone to discuss this issue. Walter J Klein Jr

While this company says...."your breath is important to us" they absolutely positively can not repair a warrantied machine on a timely basis. In fact, they indicate it will take up to four (4) months......and it does! They claim it is always because of "supply chain problems" but honestly that excuse is getting kind of old. They tell you that before they even receive your machine for repairs. Don't they have ANY parts and supplies on hand like every other repair shop. And what is it is a repair that does not require replacement parts......just needs an adjustment(s). I bought a second machine from them at a total cost of over $6k and both have got stuck in the repair shop. After asking numerous times ...."isn't there ANYTHING you can do to immediately repair or replace my machine I was told....."oh yah, sent us $195 via credit card and we will ship you a replacement machine with your machine's warranty and you will get it in three (3) days or less,.....and I did. So when you have a warranty repair ask for the $195 3 day replacement or be ready to wait up to four (4) months because of "supply chain delays".

I had an emergency needing a home concentrator and portable fast since my old ones (different brand) were not fixable. My units were delivered in 3 days and even though they were more expensive, they work well.

This review is in reference to an Inogen G3 repair. II sent 2 Inogens in for repair, a G3 and a G5. I got an email that stated the columns needed to be replaced on the G3, when in fact I just replaced them 3 days before sending the unit in for repairs. Was told "no, wherever you got the columns from, they're bad", $149 will fix the problem. Received them today, 2 minutes out of the box, the Inogen G3 completely shut down, again, just like it did when it was sent in for repairs. There was nothing wrong with my new columns I put in, but I guess they had to charge me something. I called the 877 number, again I get the lady that can speak English, she just can't understand English. I told her I sent the unit in for repair, and it was $149, she then repeats back "so you sent the machine in and paid a $175?" Same lady last week when I explained I needed to send a new Caire unit back as it was misrepresented, she stated "so you say you seen an ad?" Every time she says "I can help you with that" I know exactly what that means, no she can't. So now I sit and wait to see how long the Inogen G5 will last, sent in for repairs 3X, and it doesn't even have 1300 hours. I have a Responics that needs to go back for warranty work, a little over 600 hours, I've spent a lot of money with the Oxygen Concentrator Store, but it only seems to get worse. Anyone that speaks and understands English able to assist?
