Avoid this company
Find a more reputable company to purchase your oxygen machine from. The only machine that the sales rep recommended stopped working within a few months of very light use. Instead of replacing it, I had to send it off for three to five weeks with no replacement or interim unit offered and they recommended instead that I BUY ANOTHER UNIT FROM THEM! They admitted that the one they sold me has a history of malfunction issues and that I could buy another one that is less prone to breaking down. Come to find out, buying from other dealers or straight from the manufacturer will get you a better warranty and a better guarantee that you won't be stranded without an oxygen machine. Avoid this company!

When I ordered it I told Tammy that I wanted the same pouch that I received on my first purchase, with a belt clip. She said okay. That was not what I received. I was told during the return process that it not been available for years. Why wasn't I told that at the time? I had to pay return costs

Lack of Customer Service Skills
While I was trying to gather the information needed to make a decision about the best portable oxygen concentrator for my mom, I had a very disappointing experience with Luke. He was rude and even raised his voice, stating that he did not care about notes from a previous conversation. This behavior showed a clear lack of professionalism, patience, and respect. I expected a much higher level of customer service, especially when dealing with such an important decision.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We made three attempts to reach you to discuss your concerns directly. Unfortunately, we did not receive a return call. The charges were applied because the unit needing service had not been returned per our Rapid Exchange program agreement. Once the unit was returned, a full refund was promptly issued. We're glad this was ultimately resolved. If you need any help in the future, do not hesitate to call. 877-303-9289.

purchased unit with a 3 year warranty
purchased unit with a 3 year warranty. I had to pay $25 to send it back. Then another $175 for a part that only had a 1 year warranty. Have I missed something here?
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreMay 27, 2026
Thank you for reaching out, Gerard, and we are sorry for any confusion around your warranty coverage. To clarify, your unit is covered by our 3-year warranty and we absolutely stand behind that. However, the columns carry a separate 1-year warranty, and since your unit is approximately 1.5 years old, the column replacement fell outside of that coverage window, which is why there was an associated cost. Regarding the $25 shipping fee, that charge is set directly by UPS and is not something we control. We understand these details can feel frustrating when unexpected, and we appreciate your patience. If you have any further questions about your coverage, please don't hesitate to call us at 877-303-9289 and we will be happy to walk you through everything. If you ever need anything else, feel free to reach out, we're here to help!
