The order was no drama
The order was no drama. Your sales rep was very helpful. Gave me quick straightforward answers told me the price I gave a credit card you shipped it and I received it. I wish all my orders for everything I order from other vendors were a smooth and lacking drama. Best wishes from West Virginia.

Capable, Caring, Consistent.
First of all the employees speak the English language clearly. I do not not care whence they came. I just want to be able to understand the words coming from their mouths. Second, they actually care about my problems and find solutions which are manageable. Third, they move fast. An order placed on Sunday arrived on Wednesday. Fourth, they are open for customer needs on Sunday. Not a call center but someone real. Fifth, they actually know about the equipment. No thumbing through manuals trying to find a scripted answer. Sixth, their equipment works fine. No problems. I wish other companies in the USA functioned as well as this one.

Trustworthy Company
Pleasant and informative information from the representative. The oxygen concentrator was delivered when I was told it would be and as exactly as I ordered. The company seemed very trustworthy and this was very important in my contact with them and the buying experience and delivery reinforced this perception. I would do business with them again.
