We're candid. I was an edu aged customer. Sales rep told it straight without any flimsy flam. ANOTHER FAVOR NOW. I CONTACTED YOUR BUY BACK DEPARTMENT A WEEK AGO. I FILLED OUT ALL FORMS REQUESTED SO YOUR COMPA Y COULD GIVE ME A BUY BACK PRICE FOR THE CAIRE PORTABLE I BOUGHT IN FEB 2023 BUT NEVER USED. I HA E TRIED TO FOLLOW IP. Tell the whole trurth
I was not told the concentrator would not go past 2 on continuous flow. I was told it was replacement for my Resperonics. I probably would not have bought it.

I received a charger for my 02…
I received a charger for my 02 concentrator. It didn't work. The Oxygen Concentrator Store replaced it promptly. They were very helpful with my needs. The battery works perfectly. They have very good prices and you receive your products quickly.
