really disappointed with the miss…
really disappointed with the miss information on how long batteries actually last. ! about one third of the time they indicate. Then saying oh you have to wait until the machine gets a hundred hours on it, so it breaks in! That puts it after the return period. I bought three batteries they all lasted the same at 5.5 ML setting , about one hour and 30 min's.

Got ripped off
The machine is fine; got ripped off for the price & the shipping. Didn't research enuf; my bad. HELP Medical Supplies has the same Phillips machine for $150 less as well as free shipping.

The ResPlus C-20A CPAP machine hasn't…
The ResPlus C-20A CPAP machine hasn't worked right sense I took it out of the box.. It blows a Strong wind out of the hose and no matter how you program it it doesn't change....I am working with Nic to resolve the issue but so far no luck ..I would be more than happy to write you a 5 Star revue if we can resolve the issue..The C-20A is unusable in its present state..

The item was used not new
The item was used not new. It had over 100 hours run time. The machine has an unpleasant odor. It caused sneezing and runny nose for 3 days. I want to return this machine for refund.

My wife passed away
My wife passed away. New Oxygen equipment waiting for a return slip not sent despite numerous requests. Not acceptable!!!!!!!

UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer service is very poor . My concentrator is still under warranty. From some remote location OCS representative stated that the fan was broken without seeing the machine. I asked how long would it take to repair and return the OC to me. They estimated 4 to 8 WEEKS. I asked what could they do to help me during that interval. They had NO SOLUTION. However they said I could pay them $195 immediately and they would replace my machine (still under warranty) with some broken down refurbished one. HA Also they would then keep my newer machine. There was NO CONCERN ABOUT THE PATIENT WHO NEEDS OXYGEN 24/7. I would be VERY HESITANT BEFORE EVER PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THE OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR STORE.

knowingly sent batteries that won't fit…
knowingly sent batteries that won't fit my device only admitting such after $100 batteries were shipped. now won't take them back or refund until I get pictures of package to them, won't accept tracking numbers has to be pictures. then tells me to keep n sell to someone. they also dont carry proper hosess. making device almost unusable if you dont carry as backpack. not that user friendly
