Great Customer Service/Retention! My situation regarding a return of power chords only that were lost on the plane, then found soon after I bought new ones and the 30-day return policy passed: My case was escalated and treated as an exception, and I was able to return for a full refund!! Thanks Tammy! & Thank you for your quick response as well!

the one to one instructions by service employee were most helpful. One question is it safe to toss the old columns in the trash? should they be returned to be refurbished.
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreMar 16, 2026
Hi Tim, thank you for your review. We’re glad the one-to-one instructions were helpful. The old columns can be trashed as the material in them cannot be recycled. If you ever need anything else, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help!

My second time purchasing from the oxygen concentrator store and it has been a positive experience both times. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful, products were shipped in a timely manner and arrived on schedule. Have not had to use technical support yet, but if I do I have confidence it will be of the same caliber as the sales people.
