Well the reps really bug you when you start the conversation about purchasing a POC trying to get the sell calling alot texting alot they do give you a pretty good deal on the units but sadly once deal is done no one has yet to call with a check back and a thank you get the commission and done with you, they could be a bit more customer focus with a personal call back and thank you from the sales rep. and just maybe they might get personal referrals. Overall not a bad company so far.
