I am having a terrible experience with…
I am having a terrible experience with my repair. Was quoted 3-6 weeks and I reached out on the 6th week to see when I will see my unit. Had a death in the family that I wanted to travel. I was told that my unit was finally inspected on 07/31 this is days before 6 weeks when I'm supposed to have been done. Now no one is getting back to me on an estimate. I'm on 7 weeks now. Just needed the screen replaced.

my inogen g5 needs repair
Sent my inogen g5 in for service , unfortunately the unit needs service again . The unit is not charging properly, with both home and car charging cords .

Joan Darveux was charged for 275.00 when it was a 60.00 cord. This mistake of yours cost return fees, miss payment fees, late pymnt fees, bank fees. Cannot get a person to talk to about this matter.

the backpack is cheap junk at a hefty price. it was not mentioned it was not covered by the 3 yr warranty.

Did not listen to to the use for equipment.
She would not listen to the whole explanation of why I wanted the oxygen concentrator and my needs. She said that you had nothing for me. I wanted to know the price for something before I bought it and she "Oh I would have to look that up." Then came out with the items and had an invoice. Basically implied, do you want it or not prior to giving me a price. I don't want to go all the way out there asking for assistance and was told to look up the answers to my questions on line. I left with a sour taste for the store.

Your inside telephone agent/s need training to improve awareness about the suite of products you offer. Also, during the years I've done business with APRIA, your organization (Top-to-bottom) has never met a 'Promised Delivery Date'. As read this critique, please note I placed an order, nearly a week ago, for a face mask. You promised Overnite Shipment - It took several days. It's clear you know you have customers like me over a barrel due to your Contractual relationship w/my health care provider - so, I don't anticipate my feedback will motivate APRIA to improve their business module. However, I will say this to your Executive and/or your management team, "You should be ashamed to you should be ashamed of yourselves.
