John Paige is fabulous
John Paige is fabulous! His immediate response & consultative approach to my healthcare needs was greatly appreciated. I have had a miserable time working with AdaptHealth/Aerocare to provide CPAP & O2 equipment prescribed by my doctor. I have taken the bull by horns & now order from outside companies, pay out-of-pocket & submit for reimbursement. I have nothing but positive things to say about the support I received from John and The Oxygen Concentrator Store. Such a joy after trying to work with that other company.

Katie Yeadon was extremely helpful from the time I called until my purchase was completed. My oxygen machine I had stopped working and was non functional. After discussion it was determined to purchase a new machine. Katie was able to a new machine very much like the current one I had been using.
