I bought an oxygen concentrator from the Oxygen Concentrator Store on October 31, 2025. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful finding Cami whom I had talked to over the phone. Cami was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me decide on a concentrator that I would be able to transport on an airplane, which is why I went there in the first place. She showed me three different models that were all at a low decible range for traveling and staying in a hotel. The concentrator sounded good while I was in the showroom. I bought the model that I could use instead of the extremely loud one that I am renting from a different oxygen supplier, and still be able to take with me on an airplane. When I plugged the machibe in at home where it is quiet, I was very disappointed in the loudness and the puffing noise it makes to get a continuous oxygen flow. I called Cami to see if there was one that they supplied without the puffing noise, and was told that all the portable units puffed. My rating for this review of a 4 is because the showroom was so very noisy, and was not good for a true decible level of sound the unit puts out. The showroom needs to be better insulated so customers can hear the true sound the concentrators make before buying one.
