after mis communication with a sales rep. about the unit coming with an external charger, I called into Thachter to explain the situation. He called me back after listening to the recording and said ,yes, there was a mis communication and will ship me an external charger at no cost. Now that it what I call great customer service. Much appreciated. Also, one of the batteries is defective, but I have to send that in and they receive it before they can send me another one so disappointing I will only have one battery for over a week before I receive a replacement one. Oh well. Again, I appreciate the great customer service. Everyone have a Blessed Thanksgiving.
