I am in the process of looking for my first portable oxygen concentrator and went on line to look at what was available. After deciding the unit I wanted I started to contact distributors to ask various questions and all answered my questions including better than advertised pricing. When I called the Oxygen Concentrator Store I felt like I had just started a conversation with a used car sales person. All he did was tell me how they were the only authorized this and that and other companies were not supposed to be selling the unit I was looking at. Not one time did he ask about my condition or oxygen needs to determine if it was the best unit for me. He then told me that as I was looking around I should get my best deal and then call him back and he would match the price. The last time that happened to me was when I was looking for a new car for my wife and two dats later I returned to the dealer with my new car I had bought elsewhere and told them I got my best deal. This is not how you gain new customers, you treat them with respect and if you do a good job you will win the majority of the business. I have not purchased a unit yet and am not sure I will call OCS back.

I have received parts that are not compatible with a main unit. It took three weeks to get comments from the technical support about this mistake.
