all associates were great, no complaints. The 3 stars is because i received back the machine and it still did not work. was still not producing air, after i paid for parts needed to fix.

The only thing I dislike is that the machine is quite a lot louder than the 40db as stated in numerous descriptions on the websites I visited. According to the meter on my phone the machine puts out between 65-87 db. Other than the noise issue the machine works great, service was great, and it was delivered as promised Maybe the machine is too close to my bed, however the air tubing is only 10 feet long, just sayin. It will take some adjustment to get used to the sounds of the machine but I think it can be done. Sincerely, J. Ladd

It’s working OK so far. That’s good. When I was comparing prices, the quote I got was to include the standard items. When I called to close the sale now the price didn’t include the battery. Oh well, buying a used O2 machine is like buying a used car.

Service was good. Disappointed regarding your response regarding Medicare coverage. Very disappointed that you do not have Medicare coverage. Your salesman when asked about it they said “NO” and dropped the subject. I will go elsewhere in the future.

Mine was an on line purchase. I paid $354 for a “simple” small battery for my Imogene 5 not knowing that the price I paid was for the small battery! I didn’t see an option or price for a larger size batter. I’m feeling scammed & feeling I paid too much.

The unit is a good unit and provides oxygen to the user on a reliable and extended basis. The reason for only three stars is there are several small design issues that could be corrected and save the user some discomfort and dollars. For example, the carrying case and backpack do not need to be two separate items. A simple modification of the straps would allow the unit to be carried on the shoulder or as a backpack only needing one carrying case.
