This is not the kind of service I was promised when i bough my Inogen concentrators !! Both the Inogen One and the Inogen at Home have crashed and now I'm about to have been waiting a week for my new Inogen At Home unit. Had to rent a concentrator to get me through, and I still have it. Even after paying for expedited delivery !!! What's with you people ?? How do you expect your customers to survive when units break down and they don't ship for well over a week !! ? What if I had not the money to rent equipment ? I'm guessing you really don't care ! Well now I have Inogen ... could please get your act together and do all that you promised back before I spent my hard-earned money on your products.

The sound is too loud for church. A movie visit was also too loud. For portable device it was too loud to be portable for my uses. It is ok at the office or car. But places important to me renders it near useless.

Online checkout did not offer the free shipping they advertised. Had to order over the phone, guy typed in the wrong address. Finally got the thing two weeks late

While you provide the equipment needed, your constant telephone calls (3 from 3 different sales reps in 3 days) is ridiculous and extremely annoying.

I have still not received my everflo oxygen concentrator which was picked up in Colorado on 8/15/2018 by UPS. UPS tracking indicated that it arrived at San Ramon on 8/18/2018 and will be delivered that same day. Did not come so I called and UPS says that it will be delivered on 8/20/2018. It is now past 4 PM on the 20th and I have still not received package. I have wasted 2 full days waiting at home for the delivery - no way to run a company. By the way this is a Medical Necessity. The oxygen unit arrived a day later than it was specified in the contract and not until 4PM....pretty much the end of the day.....It was for my 89 yo old mother visiting us at Lake Tahoe, she needed it for the altitude. When I called customer service they were not the slightest apologetic and said it was "out of their hands" that UPS delivered late. I requested an adjustment in the bill and have not received a response!! Bad News!! They don't seem to understand that oxygen is an essential element for life!!
