After reviewing your case, it seems there was some miscommunication. You selected a Type 1 Exchange, meaning the replacement is sent after we receive the defective unit. This option does not include pick-up service, which is why the unit needed to be dropped off at UPS. We understand this wasn't the most convenient option for you, and we regret any difficulty it caused. The replacement machine was shipped from Colorado on April 29th and is currently en route. It should reach you within several business days. We appreciate your patience and are committed to ensuring that you receive a fully functional replacement as quickly as possible.
