To begin we had a delivery problem and we were sent the wrong thing While we waited for someone to call I became agitated and nervous about using my equipment.The I received a call from Aaron Searls who in a very patient manner and speaking slowly so I had time to understand walked me through what was going to happen.He was very articulate and a complete pleasure.
