Salesperson WAS very helpful up to the point of making the purchase. Disappeared and wouldn't reply to emails or phone calls after purchase. The screen on the machine filter window is bent. I guess I'm stuck with that?

The machine works...period...was told and the web site says over an hour for concentrated...NOT TRUE! I called customer service over a week ago and have called again since...not one person called me back.My "rep" has disappeared...I purchased 2 batteried ( 400.00 ) for what good?Not ever 2 hours of CO2!!! Be very aware before you buy - try the Inogen, maybe it's worth the extra grand!It will cost me over 500.00 to return this, I have NO insurance..blab, blab, blab...yes I am terribly upset and even more - disappointed
