Unfortunately, the package was likely mis-sorted or delayed by the carrier, which is beyond our control. Unfortunately, because you initiated a chargeback, we are unable to issue a refund directly. We have responded to all your inquiries and provided proof of the chargeback and the funds coming out of your account. You should either already have the funds back in your account or will soon. Had the chargeback not been initiated, we would have refunded you upon the return of the batteries.
