Sales was communitive ---- good experience
Sales was communitive, worked with me and we reached a reasonable purchase package Seems 'after the sale' follow up communication is bit lacking I questioned WHY 'infant' cannula were included in the sale package.........no response yet. I read in manual about using a 'spanner wrench' to remove/replace the output barbed fitting/filter. SO I inquired about this 'spanner wrench' ---- should it have been included. Still waiting on response *did get a response that the output barbed fitting/filter was park of the concentrator.....which I knew but what about the 'spanner wrench' as a tool I should have OR at least purchase. On Edit: After response from Company I updated my review from a 3 star to a 4 star. I would have given a 4 star to begin as Sales was VERY Responsive during purchase. Communication seemed to get misunderstood BUT that has NOW been corrected. Follow thru is always critical and much appreciated.
