Thank you for your feedback, Judy. We're sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with your unit. We appreciate your patience and are glad our repair team was able to assist you. Your comments about the weight and strap are valuable, and we'll pass them along to the manufacturer for improvement. As a suggestion, you might find it more comfortable to carry the unit across your body, with the strap resting on one shoulder (e.g., the left shoulder) and the unit laying on the opposite thigh (e.g., the right thigh). This might help distribute the weight more evenly and prevent slipping. If you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
