I went without any oxygen for 2 weeks…
I went without any oxygen for 2 weeks then some body decided that wasn't right they sent a unit back to me. they made me pay $65. to send my original unit to me. I was told there was no warranty and it would be back in 6 weeks. this wasn't good.

Order a new portable unit for our father. The item took over 1 week to arrive and did make the trip to the wedding.

Think twice before you do business with them
This company takes advantage of older, senior citizens of this country, and I would think twice before you do business with them. Listen on. The sales people over there tell you that the battery of the CAIRE SeQual Eclipse 5 Portable Concentrator, lasts 4 hours - for continuous flow. 4.5 or 5 hours for pulse. Neither are true. The concentrator only lasts 1.5 hours for continuous flow. A bit more for pulse. Then, because we had it for 12 days, we were told at first that we would only get a portion of the money back if we returned it. Then, the next day, we were told the unit was non-refundable. This is a HORRIBLE company, that lies, and just wants your money. We will NEVER do business with them EVER again. We are out of our money back, and are out of a concentrator. They take advantage of older, senior citizens of this country, and I would think twice before you do business with them.
