The customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with in my life. They speak very poor english and now over $23k is stuck in this account because I was lied to about international wires.
Response from OxygenJul 14, 2023
Our primary goal is to address and resolve any issues you may have. We apologize about any confusion that came from our end, Alanna. It looks like you were sent an email regarding this situation. It appears everything has been reversed and the wire fees were refunded. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

They do a 30 day hold on hotel deposits? I literally live in a hotel and when I got a room on the 4th of July to be closer to the fireworks, I used this card for the hotel deposit thinking nothing of it. Well on the 7th business day when I was expecting to see my money hit my account - I called and asked why it hadn't. They told me they do the 30 day hold and it is required by Visa but I called Visa as well because I only have visa debit cards and I have never had a hotel or bank for that matter hold my money so long. They are scam artists and I can't wait for that money to be returned because I am going to close my account with this company and now wish I had read the reviews before ever going this route to begin with.
Response from OxygenJul 14, 2023
Sorry to hear about your experience, Nikole. Hotel transactions can take up to 30 calendar days as per visa guidelines, as you will now see in your account the hold is no longer there. If you have any more questions feel free to email us at [email protected].

You denied my claim which is total bull. I have been with yall for over 2 years

We can empathize with your frustration but we do follow banking protocols in all disputes. You filed a dispute in April, filed for $XXX. You requested the investigation document on 7/7 and all the documents were sent. Since then there has been no attempt made to reopen the claim or provide additional info. If you think your dispute needs to be re-reviewed or you have any further concerns, please email the team at [email protected] to have your claim reopened. As with all disputes there are more processes involved and it is seen as a legal dispute.

Associate was quick to assist and fix the issue I was having! The only thing is the wait time for disputes is to long . Thank you

Thank you so much for the feedback, Kathleen! We have been receiving higher than normal call volumes. Apologies for the long wait time and for any inconvenience caused.

Filed dispute for charges made after wallet and phone was stolen, oxygen denied the claim and hasn't provided me with the documents they said they would provide from their investigation. Update: they sent me an email after seeing review and posted to check my email and the so called documentation of why they denied my dispute was one paper stating that it seemed to match activity from my account, well duh they used my stolen phone and my hacked Walmart account dummy!!
Response from OxygenJul 13, 2023
Sorry to hear about your experience, Christian. However, as a note disputes are a claim and if you think your dispute needs to be re-reviewed or you have any further concerns, please email the team at [email protected] to reopen your claim. This is what we have in our records: There were multiple disputes and multiple merchants were involved. The investigation for $XXX was denied on 6/25. You requested the investigation document on 6/26 which was sent to you the same day. We will be happy to send the time stamps. It was actually determined that this may be a case of fraud and the account was closed, of which you were notified. Since then there has been no correspondence from your end nor is there a request to reopen the claim or provide additional info.
