Bei zwei Bestellungen hintereinander hat es nicht funktioniert. Die Sache ist im Shop bestellbar und soll dann doch ausverkauft sein. Erst auf eigene Nachfrage erhält man die Info, dass die bestellte Sache ausverkauft und aus dem Sortiment genommen wurde. Es hat bei mir in der Vergangenheit schonmal funktioniert. Aber die letzten beiden Bestellungen nicht.

Gigantic, ordered a small and received what was labeled a small but is the size of a large and definitely not cropped, just a boxy baggy sweater in a cute print. All of their stuff is fun, but read all sizing and know that you have to pay for shipping back to China for all returns. It was going to be $105 to return a $30 sweater, so nope. This was after a month waiting for delivery and another 2 weeks waiting for a refund on an item they forgot to send. Nonexistent Customer Service so buyer beware.

I was going to order, but given my experience, I always check the return policy. After reviewing the return policy, I decided not to proceed with the order. BUYER BEWARE: If you order something and do not like it for any reason (it does not fit, it's of poor quality, the color looks different from what is depicted, etc.), they consider this the "consumer's fault." You must return the items to China, and they do not cover shipping costs. This is for both returns and exchanges. This is right off their website: "If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee." Clothing sizes are inconsistent, and online ordering can be tricky, but their exchange/refund process is unreasonable. If you order something and don't like it (which is your fault by the way), you are basically stuck with it, since sending it back to China would cost you more than the article.

I purchased a couple of items from this online store. Items were delivered but apparently they were stolen or they pretending to delivery and take a pic of a package on my front porch. I purchased a buyers protection through them and when I reported my package missing they refused to resend. They don’t reply my messages. I tried with Instagram and they blocked me. Don’t buy from them. They are thieves. They won’t reply back.

I received the following email from Oxknit, however, I never received my garment. I have tried emailing them twice with no response. 🥳 Your order has been delivered. Waited 3 weeks for delivery after contacting them finally told style had been discontinued.

I have now waited 31 days for my package. The tracking says they were unable to find my address - but I had successfully ordered from them before. I have tried to contact someone for three weeks now and have not even received a reply. It appears to be sitting in a 'warehouse.' I purchased buyer protection and want a refund, but no one will communicate with me to give me a refund. You are taking a major risk by attempting to buy products from this company.

I ordered 2 sweaters one came with a stain on the neckline and the labels had been taken out of the inside. As stated by other disappointed customers zero customer service. You can write them over and over and they never respond. Don’t buy from this vendor
