Best customer service experience I've had in a long time
So I've gotten a couple of things from this company and the quality is always really great. So I kept ordering. The last thing I ordered was much too big on me so I reached out to see if I could return it for a smaller size and they offered to send me the correct size and I didn't have to return the one I got already. I can't tell you how much easier this makes my life with so much going on. This isn't necessarily their fault that I chose the wrong size but they are going above and beyond to make me happy and keep me a customer. And I absolutely will stay. I appreciate you oxknit!!!! You have a customer for life.
