They claimed that my address was wrong then tried redelivery the next day which they said failed. I live in a open air apartment complex right across from the office! The only way this couldn't be delivered is if the never even tried. Then it was cat and mouse emails for 30 days. I finally got PayPal involved and got my money back. Complete bullshit the whole thing. Don't order from this company!!

Mi hanno regalato una maglietta, purtroppo mi sono reso conto che c'era un difetto nella cucitura che rovina l'estetica del colletto. Dal servizio clienti mi hanno confermato che è un difetto di fabbrica ma che secondo loro non influisce sull'utilizzo della maglietta. Già da qui si capisce che qualità del servizio e qualità dei prodotti è davvero scarsa. Non metterò mai più questa maglietta visto che quando l'ho messa tutti mi hanno fatto notare che il colletto è bucato. Peccato che qui non si possono mettere le foto.

This company is awful. They say you have to return the items at your own expense, which means you have to send them to China, which costs as much as the items do. They have awful customer service, which is wild in this day and age.

Vorsicht, Finger weg Betrug!!!! Warte seit 3 Monaten auf ein Shirt das bezahlt wurde aber nicht geliefert wird. Angeblich ist die Ware mit DHL unterwegs. Ich glaube aber trotz Beteuerungen vom Support aber nicht mehr dran dass ich etwas für mein Geld erhalten werde.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered 10 items from oxknit and they only shipped me seven but waited for me to identify that I was shorted before refunding. All of the merchandise was literal garbage. Very poor quality and sizing were all over the map. I ordered extra large shirts and a sweater and all the shirts were way too small and the sweater was way too big. When I asked for a refund, they told me I had to ship it back to China at my own cost and it’s been a nightmare. I asked about the buyer protection and they said that it wasn’t really a thing. When I considered an exchange for the items with alternative sizes they told me I’d have to pay an extra $60 to have new item shipped. This is a total scam of a company and I highly recommend you look elsewhere for garments that you won’t be disappointed in.

This combination of inconsistent sizing, poor quality, and a costly return process effectively leaves customers stuck with items that do not meet expectations. I strongly recommend reviewing the return policy carefully before purchasing.
