Katastrophe, Finger weg! Wird aus China geliefert, Rücksendung ist mega-umständlich und teuer und muss schriftlich "gerechtfertigt" werden. Lieferung dauerte mehr als drei Wochen.

The other reviews are unfortunately true. Terrible company, shipping from China which takes ages. Customer service is non-existent and if you would like to return or exchange any goods they make you cover the shipping yourself...not going near them again.

Horrible from beginning to end. Two days or more to hear back from customer service. They sent me a pair of pants with one buckle and then asked if I could just buy another buckle and they'll give me a partial credit. They didn't even realize that their suggestion is impossible without also visiting a tailor. What a sham outfit! This was my first and last time ordering from them. Lesson learned.

This company is in China - it took a month to get my order. Quality was pure GARBAGE. Their customer service is terrible. They do not honor returns. BUYER BEWARE.

Finger weg! DIe Produkte sind an sich gut, nur leider wird aus China geliefert... Rückgabe ist leider sehr mühsam, anders als das im Mode-Online-Handel eigentlich Usus ist. Hier musst du Rücksendung rechtfertigen indem du Maß nimmst, Foto-Dokumentation erstellst usw...

BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered two items and received a confirmation email that the items were delivered. Only one item was in the package. I emailed Oxknit three times. No reply. No explanation. No refund. Do NOT order from this company. Their service is unacceptable and disappointing. I’ll be disputing the charge and never ordering from them again.
