Pedí dos sueters. El pedido tardó casi un mes en llegar, ya que viene de China pero por fin llegó. La verdad es que el seguimiento del pedido es correcto y te van notificando en qué periodo se encuentra. Uno de los sueters es de buena calidad y de la marca Oxknit pero el otro es muy grande, la calidad del algodón no es igual que la del otro, de talla me viene grandísimo y en la etiqueta indica que la marca es "The Shop" no Oxknit. He intentado el cambio de tallaje pero me indican que es bastante problemático por lo que me va a tocar quedarme un sueter que parece un camisón. No creo que vuelva a comprar en esta tienda.

Las tallas que recomienda la web son totalmente erroneas. Algunas prendas son demasiado grandes y otras son pequeñísimas. El envío llegó a tiempo pero quise hacer una devolución y resulta que tienes que enviarlo a China con o que el envío te sale caro. Aún así, hice la devolución y me retornaron las prendas porqué me decían que la dirección de entrega no era correcta. Llevo meses intentando hacer la reclamación y veo que me tendré que conformar con un código de descuento del 30%. La verdad es que no vale la pena comprar en esta web.

This company blatantly steal the designs and hard work of lots of smaller brands and use unethical sweatshop labor to produce low quality knockoffs that will end up in a garbage heap within weeks due to the poor quality. This company is unethical in all possible ways. They STEAL from brands who are actually ethical and they profit. Those who support this brand knowing this will be supporting a company who is propped up on stealing the hard work of multiple different brands, and whose products will destroy the environment because they won't last a week. They are deceitful, unethical scammers who will steal your money like they steal from other brands designs. By supporting them you are taking from the brands who created the artwork, and you are contributing to the fast fashion epidemic. They are just like shein - do not shop here. BEWARE.

THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IF you do actually receive anything, it will be a copied design from another clothing company, in extremely poor condition.
