Oxknit never lets me down…
I have been rocking with Oxknit since late 2023 and Oxknit keeps turning out fantastic, long sleeve, cardigans and wonderful short sleeve knit shirts. At the beginning of October, I had a big delivery 11 items for over $400 that was shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) and for some unknown reason UPS did not follow the VERY SPECIFIC AND VERY DETAILED DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. this resulted in.it in that package being stolen, at the beginning of October 2026. But today, October 19 and just a mere 16 days after I filed my claim, l received the entire replacement order. The customer service was fantastic. I provided them with the necessary evidence to support my claim and they responded promptly with sending me my items, which are constructed with fantastic design and amazing quality. And my replacement order came. just in time because my 60th birthday is at the beginning of November and I plan a big trip out of town and I wanted to have a number of these items to wear on that trip. I always get so many compliments from complete strangers on the variety of items I chosen and I’m always telling the women I work with, if they want to get their boyfriends and husbands looking right they gotta start checking out Oxknit. I’ve got another $400 order that I’m gonna have my daughter‘s purchase for me for my 60th birthday.
