J’étais très inquiète de lire tant d’avis négatifs après avoir passé commande. J’ai pourtant reçu un pull tout-à-fait conforme à ma commande, et ce dans un délai de 1 semaine. Par contre je n’avais pas compris que les articles venaient de Chine … si j’avais su je n’aurais pas commandé. Mais niveau qualité et conformité esthétique par rapport à ce que j’ai vu sur le site, rien à redire! Je suis ravie.

Love the product, the patterns and material. Service is great and received my second order before the due date. And to my surprise i received a cool free gift. I recommend their shirts and sweaters 100% Will definitely order again.

Positive outcome! I was wary of ordering from this company because of the mixed reviews. I placed my order on November 20th. I received a shipment update on November 21st, a tracking number on the 22nd, an out-for-delivery notice on the 28th, and a notice when it was delivered on the 28th (Thanksgiving day). The two sweaters that I received are just as they are pictured on the site. The site did recommend a 2XL, but I think a 1X would have worked too. I'm going to keep them because I don't want to try to exchange anything. Plus, the size isn't that much off. Overall, I will be ordering from them again.

I have shopped at Oxknit three times, with no regrets. I love their designs which are of excellent quality. The shipping was on time in all three cases. I have no experience with returning or exchanging purchased clothing, nor do I have any experience with their customer service. I give a full house in the review of Oxknit, solely because I love their exclusive clothing selection.

Great color and design.

Wir haben 4 Pullis bestellt und ich hatte, aufgrund der Rezensionen, etwas Angst, dass was schiefgeht. Aber, außer das der Versand etwas länger gedauert hat super geklappt. Die Pullis sind wunderschön, die Größen entsprechen normalen EU Größen. Ich hatte auch 2 mal Kontakt per Mail zum Kundenservice, die mir auch schnell geantwortet haben. Ich würde wieder bestellen und die Wartezeit in Kauf nehmen.
