I asked if I could send back a sweater which does not fit. Here is the answer from Oxknit Customer Service: „ Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Here is a 10% coupon with code TH10 as goodwill. Have a nice day!“ This is ridiculous.

Hace 2 o 3 semanas o más que hice el pedido. No he recibido ningún tipo de confirmación, ni enlace de seguimiento, ni número de pedido. Pero sí que me lo han cobrado... ¡Asiáticos!. ¡Qué pereza!.
