I'm really disappointed in Josh . He sold me my unit and I received it okay, but he told me he would have UPS pick up my old unit to see how much of a trade-in I could receive on my Air Sep. Don't know if he's afraid he'll have to pay UPS up front, but he could always deduct it from my trade-in. He won't even call me, he just refuses to address the situation. Have him call me. I was disappointed to find that the unit I bought weighs more than my present one, not less. I'm not sure whether Oxi-Medical or some other company said it weighs 6 pounds with the 16-cell battery; it weighs 7. My old unit is 6. My sales person was fine, courteous, prompt, etc. Price was about same as all other companies. I appreciated his telling me the minimum items I need, but do wish I had more info on how and when to change filter. Plus, the columns. Guess I'll figure it out.

I have had good results with my Inogen onw I am able to walk with it l ike a purse, orded parts and they were here in just a few days.

Very impressed with Ashley and her knowledge of equipment. When I rented the smaller unit and had a question, Customer Service was quick to answer my question. Very happy and purchased a portable unit. Can strongly recommend this company and their prices. Very competitive.

The service I've experienced, as well as the fairness of their pricing have left me returning to them though there is now a Inogen dealer a few blocks from my home in Phoenix.
