I could not ask for better service. Bob Castro was the best getting me the help I needed And Amy was very helpful. This is the only place I trust.

Bob is exceptional

The sales agent was technically competent . I received my unit the next day!! The unit is well made but a little heavy .

I purchased the Inogen One G4 with two double batteries and I love my freedom to go anywhere I want! My first trip out was to the primary care physician and then out to lunch after. What a wonderful day out and the battery pack had more than an hour more to go. No rush and no hassle. Thanks for a functional product. I ordered it on a Friday and received it on a Tuesday (no weekend deliveries). Very pleased with the service!
