I bought an Oxiline because I thought it would be better than a cheap $20 pulse ox from Amazon. Boy, was I wrong! It is constantly malfunctioning and when it does work it reads a couple % higher that the Massimo's that my patients are often hooked up to in the hospital. I contacted Oxiline to let them know my pulse ox was not working properly and they wanted me to take pictures of it when it is malfunctioning. I wrote back and said that I couldn't take my phone out to take pic in a patient room. Then a couple weeks later I finally got a pic of it malfunctioning and emailed it back to them and they never responded. Terrible product and terrible customer service! I tell my coworkers and patients NOT to buy one, and just get a cheap one from Amazon.

I purchased the Pulse X Pro Oximeter last week for $89. I can't believe how poor this product is. Whatever you do don't buy this piece of junk. It's double the price and half the product. When we asked about the return policy we were told the entire contents of the box had to be returned or we would only get 50%. We regret buying this, and the company is horrible. Beware.

They claim that it's a #1 rated pulse oximeter but it performs worse than the $20 sensor I had been using. It's practically useless especially when you consider the cost. Spend some extra money on the masimo mightysat.

I asked them so many times to just contact the shipping company and check if my order was lost. They refused, were rude and won’t refund me. Stay away from these guys, they’re awful :(

The blood pressure isn't accurate at all. I wrote them, tried to call them. I wanted to return the blood pressure monitor but NOONE RESPONDED! So DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I truly believe these individuals who work at this company have no clue what they’re doing I have reached out several times regarding a product I ordered and took very long time to receive. Once I received it it was the wrong item and this time they sent me multiple items of the same product that do not fit my unit. You’re wasting your time communicating with these folks because they don’t seem to care about Customer Service. Spend your money elsewhere you’ll get better service.

Same as others. Sold me a product they knew had a defective component but only revealed it when I contacted customer service, rather than up front. Mechanically the device functioned, but the associated app to connect to a phone did not reliably work and they knew. Then the replacement app also failed to work, but they won’t refund my money. Don’t let their thousands of 5 star reviews fool you. Across a line of 7-8 blood pressure measuring devices do you really think that 100% of the >90,000 reviews are 4 or 5 star. First of all, who are all these people reviewing their meters. Just not plausible.

I returned a blood pressure monitor for being totally inaccurate. They were aware of this returned item per emails back and forth. Unfortunately , I misplaced the mailing receipt. Now, they are refusing to send me a refund without this. I would not recommend this company. terrible customer service. very dissatisfied.
