Terrible shipping, basically stealing money from me. Paid for next day shipping on 8/28, received an email from oxiline on 8/29 that it had been "shipped" via FedEx Standard Overnight. I checked the tracking number on the FedEx website and the only entry until 9/2 that was listed was "label created" and I haven't received the product or a single email explaining the delay. FedEx tracking now says it will be delivered tomorrow, 9/6. This is only a review of the oxiline shop, not the product. Don't bother with overnight shipping, it will be a waste of 30.00 as I've seen other reviews where it was paid for and didn't happen.

I agree with others who regret not checking here before buying. It appears this product is significantly overrated on other sites. Customers pay a hefty price premium to get Bluetooth connectivity with this device, but the accompanying app is of the poorest quality imaginable! The device itself works OK but, without a useful app, it doesn’t work any better than models that cost a fraction as much. Until Oxiline fixes this, save your money and buy a different device.

My review and rating of the Oxiline BP company and product was removed from their website minutes after I submitted. Looks like anything less than 4 stars gets removed, which is BAD that the company would hide a factual review. Basically if you want a BP monitor with a Bluetooth feature to incorporate BP into health apps or provide reports, or fast delivery, then this product is NOT a good option. THIS website doesn’t allow me to paste the review in so summary (maybe my original is too long to paste here): -Handling and processing took 5 days plus an additional 2 days for the weekend. Fed Ex took 4 days. Total time was 12 days, not the expected 2-4 days stated on their web site. Package was damaged when it arrived though product wasn’t. -the app required for Bluetooth function is call ‘Jumper Health’, a one star app due to numerous issues. I left the full review on the iOS app store, you can go there to see the many poor reviews and the Issues: —doesn’t synch with Apple health app —doesn’t have daily graphing. —doesn’t upload history, only records data for readings taken while app is connected to the monitor —doesn’t have a way to export the data —doesn’t have a way to produce a report for self or doctor. Basically the app has so many bugs and so little function it would be more useful to manually add the data to a different tracking app. The BP monitor as a stand-alone product appears to function fine. But the Bluetooth feature is worthless without a corresponding app with reporting / sharing features and without bugs.

They don't deserve the one star, I ordered it as soon as my husband came out of the hospital, needed it the next day which I paid an overnight delivery, it came 4 days later and when I asked for a refund for the charge( had I know I would of ordered from a different company that could provide OVERNIGHT) They refuse to credit, it was basically you have it now.Horrible, Horrible , Horrible

OMG I am so mad at myself for not coming here (I usually do!!!). Anyhow I bought the Pulse X Pro like many others here and am angry but will eat the product as the return just isn't going to be worth it. I received the item and the display looks nothing like what is shown on their website or even the box it comes in (I wish I could attach a pic here). You can barely read the menu as it is teeny. It is not as bright as they say it is and it does not change orientation as they show. I called and told them, sent them pictures on request, and they said it was defective!!! They sent a replacement I got today and it is identical (just as bad). I called again and their phone lines are atrocious when you have a problem, but I was finally told to send it back (on my own dime) and they would refund it at 50% if everything is not in the box, and they would subtract my shipping price - NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! I should have used my usual good sense (arghhhh) and picked one up on Amazon (easy return)! Shame on me this time. I read the reviews on their website which are only good - 18000+ reviews - BS!!! I'm sure my review that I sent today will not be posted! Live and learn. Save yourself - unlike me!!!!!

I ordered a pressure x pro 2 days ago with the understanding that I would receive my order in “2-3 days and that I would be receive email notice when shipped. Receiving no notices, I called customer service and was told my item was back ordered and would be shipped next week, My doctor told me to start monitoring my blood pressure, -immediately. This is horrible customer service.

I received this blood monitor Pressure X Pro yesterday which was listed as a color monitor but it was a plain LCD display in black and white. I have sent an email yesterday and got no reply today. In addition I called again today and could not get a response from customer service. Left a second message today and wanted to know if they can reimburse me for product. Tried calling twice this morning and got an answering machine, Wish I saw this site which allows customer to voice the issues here.

I ordered the unit with a standard cuff and they sent me the Extra Large which was far too large for me, the Velcro barely grasped. They basically said that the extra large was all they had and it was good enough. When i complained they wanted me to send them a *video*! I haven't decided whether to return it yet but worry after seeing the other reviews here. I can't even find their damn Bluetooth app.
