Terrible experience. Ordered two items overnight shipping on Dec 2. After receiving nothing and reaching out 7 days later, "customer support" said one of the items was backordered, so they were upgrading it to the next level up and shipping immediately. It is now Dec 21 and I have nothing to show for the $127 I gave these grifters. Phone support told me it was in the mail and on the way over a week ago—which is a complete lie. Email support has ghosted me the last 3 times I've asked for an update or a refund. Charge disputed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

MY BP is difficult to manage and I have had a stroke. I use 2 BP monitors to insecure that my monitors are within range and I can trust the reading. Also, I took one of my monitors to my doctor’s office to check it against his monitor. Later I decided to update my monitor with a newer model. I purchased the Oxiline without reading the reviews. What a terrible mistake. I tested the Oxiline against my 2 monitors and it varied significantly from them. Then I read the reviews. Too late! I realize that I cannot trust the Oxiline reading. I plan to call customer service on Monday for a refund. If I get a runaround, I will write another review on Trustpilot.com and possibly other sites until I get my refund.

This company is questionable. Do not order from them. They have charged my credit card for a product they don’t have. They even told me it was shipped. I told them I want a refund and they keep saying I am going to get it but it never happens. I am now disputing the charge. Stay away.

I don't even give them a one star. I had the runaround like all the others. I ordered my item on November 11, still don't have it and have been told it was backordered, hung up in customs, etc. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. They haven't answered my emails of late. They are a scam!!!!!

MADE IN CHINA ITEM. Customer Support are ALL CHINESE. Poor Item quality pretending to be from USA. DO NOT BUY. There is a reason this item is not on amazon. Too many FAKE PAID reviews. This is NOT a gd company to buy your oximeter from. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CORP. ITS A FRAUD. They take your shipping fee and failed to ship item to you.

Wow, I wish I would have read these reviews about Oxiline before I ordered my Blood Pressure Monitor. Oxiline SUCKS. I ordered a Pressure 9 Pro for $89.00 on Monday October 3rd, 2022 and it showed on the receipt that it was back ordered even though on the website it showed as being in stock. On October 6th I received an email that it was shipped First Class Mail from Miami, FL. I also received a tracking number. It is now October 14th and USPS says it's in transit. In fact it's been in transit since October 6th. I called them twice since October 6th and I was assured that I would be getting it soon. So as I said at the beginning of this review Oxiline SUCKS. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Ordered a product, paid a hefty price for it. was told it was on backorder on the first call, on my 2nd call was told it was on backorder, however, it was expected to arrive in their shipping dept. today. I asked for it to be shipped priority, was told no. What kind of business is this? Absolutely terrible customer service. I don't have my product yet, but I will NOT order from Oxiline again.
