Ordered online and paid for overnite shipping. 3 weeks later it finally arrives. Setup is the biggest piece of crap (and I'm being complimentary here) I have ever seen. Held "button" for 2-3 seconds per instructions, would not go to correct place. Kept bouncing around, then I had to wait for it to clear before starting all over again. Been working on this piece of crap for 30 minutes. Taking a break to write this before I start in....again. DO NOT BUY OR RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYBODY!!!!

Purchased a BP monitor with a “30 day” money back guarantee. Tried it for a week and kept getting error messages and inaccurate readings. Took it with me for dr appt and its BP reading was off by 15 pts. Returned confirmed with proof of delivery and received email would be refunded full amount to original method of payment (PayPal). Haven’t received refund and filed claim through PayPal for resolution. Regretted dealing with them.

Still no reply to my update on my purchase of oximeter pulse oximeter ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION PROBABLY GOING TO CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND REPORT THIS COMPANY AS A FRAUD UNIT

I bought my monitor about a year ago it tested all over the place up to 15 points off, never close to the same reading, I sent it back and they sent me another one. It did the same thing. I called 3 about 3 weeks ago, I asked them to let me upgrade to their better model, they refused! I asked for them to refund my money , they refused! I have to pay the postage back each time! The supervisor will only say he isn't able to help me. So save your money and buy somewhere else. Total Rip off.

bought the $99 blood pressure monitor last year and it finally broke. The pressure goes up to about 30-40 mm/hg and stops pressurization. The unit has a 2 year warranty so I contacted the company since I have about a year left. They have been giving me the run around even though I told them that the unit is definitely broken. They asked for a video, which I sent them last week, but they are now saying that I am not using it correctly. I informed them that I am a retired licensed mechanical engineer with years of design experience and that I know when something is broken. It has been about a week with no new response. Like the other customer complaints, I feel that I am getting the run around. The service is extremely poor and I don't expect any resolution to my warranty problem. Don't buy this made in China crap!

My monitor isn't accurate. I can take my bp then take it again and the readings are very different. I have sent it back 3 times and they send me a replacement and It does the same thing. It costs about 10.00 to send it back and they won't refund because its been over 30 days so I guess I'm stuck with it.

Customer service sucks. Keep getting the run around and being told it's on backorder. Must be in their scripts. This company is horrible. Save your money and the anxiety.

On Dec, 21st at 9am I purchased a smart scale off of their website oxiline.com I purchased the express overnight shipping to have it delivered that next business day. I never received tracking information and I couldn’t log into my account via their website it just kept saying that my email was invalid. So I waited until the end of the day on Tuesday the 27th to cancel my order. Luckily the customer service representative spoke English and was able(as far as I know) to cancel my order. I requested that he send me a confirmation email once it is complete so we will see. I will check back in with updates. I should have checked their BBB reviews prior to purchasing. They have an F- RATING FOR A REASON! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT THEY ARE 100% SCAM ARTISTS!
