I ordered the Pressure X Pro hoping to monitor my blood pressure at home now that I've hit a certain age (70). I had difficulty getting the cuff in place and the machine set in accordance with the directions. t The tube going from the cuff to the machine was too short for me to be successful in operating on my own. It would probably work great if there a someone helping with the use of the machine. For me alone, it just wasn't working. The support in the return was very good. Once I got past the offers for a one-third refund to keep the machine to avoid shipping costs, I was given a return address in Miami FL. The shipping for UPS Ground was 18$. And I received my full refund. Special thanks to Annalee in Sales support for making sure this refund process went smoothly.

I ordered the Pulse 9S Oximeter based on reviews for accuracy. The confirmation indicated the order had shipped the same day. USPS confirmed receipt of the shipment however acceptance was pending. After 4 days of "no status change," Denzel shipped a duplicate order via UPS which after 3 days indicated "package not received." Fortunately after a week the USPS shipment arrived, and the UPS delivery was cancelled. I would give a 5 star rating strictly on the response(s) from Denzel however, something is not right with Oxiline's relationship with the carriers. I am also sensing the accuracy of the product may be questionable.

The Oxiline products I received are top quality devices. They perform all the functions described quickly and accurately. I have the Pressure X Pro blood pressure monitor and the Scale X Pro scale with body measurement function. Again excellent products that perform above my expectations. Only time will tell how they do a year or two from now. My only gripe was with the shipping process. It took a lot longer than I thought it would. After reading some of the stories here, I almost canceled my order, I am glad I didn't. Because they use the USPS, and not DHL, FedEx or Purolator, it took longer to arrive than I thought and the tracking information provided by USPS is minimal. I would gladly pay extra for a proper courier shipment via any of the above companies, but I did not see an option when purchasing. Today, customers expect speedy delivery; companies like Amazon have made it so that deliveries more than a couple of days is unacceptable, so folks will shop for an inferior item on Amazon if the item they want isn't available there. Also, please update your customer service number on the sales email. Product Good! Shipping Bad :-(
