Ordered an item and paid extra for expedited shipping. Although a customer service rep when contacted phone, assured me that, "I have checked on your order and it has shipped and you will receive it today or tomorrow." Shipper says nope and It hasn't showed up. Also never responded to my email queries regarding the order. Do not believe these guys.

This company is selling products of bad quality. My item didn‘t work. I asked for a return label. It took them days to respond. They want me to pay for the defective return shipping and print my own label and are insisting on a 30 day return from ordering. I don‘t trust this company and their low quality products and never order again.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. They will charge your card, create a USPS label and never send it. Their website guarantees a 3-4 day expedited shipping. USPS has no record of this tracking number. I contacted them and requested a refund, but they refused.

Rip off. First, I never received an email confirmation my order. I contacted the company and no reply. My first clue this was going to be a bad purchase I am a Ifbb pro competitor. Less than one week after my recent competition I used this scale, said I was overweight, 30% body fat, and had very little muscle. This scale wasnt just inaccurate it was grossly inaccurate. Next day I try and return it and the hassle begins. I keep getting the run around. I am told on one call no returns only replacement. Which is 100 percent not what is stated on the website. I’m still arguing with this company and trying to return this garbage.

On Sept 18, I placed an order for a device from Oxiline. I never received am acknowledgment or order number. A couple of days later, I send an email to support@oxiline.****. asking the status of my order. No response! A week later, I order another device through Amazon and it was deliver the next day. The following day, the Oxiline device arrived. Still no acknowledgment of an order, no order number. There was a tracking number on the package, but they never sent that to me. The one thing they made sure of; they charge my account on 09/18. Later on 09/26, I sent an email to their support@oxiline.****. Again no acknowledgment. On Sept. 29, I called the Support phone line. They asked for my order #, which I never knew. We finally found "my" order. The person taking the call said he would send return instructions to my email address. On Oct 3, I called the Support" line again, I was told they would send return instruction. (I rode that horse before!) After hanging up, I called my credit card and told them to put a hold on the charge from Oxiline. Still no word from Oxiline. Oh, the Oxiline Fulfillment address turns out to be a storefront.

This company is a scam. Don't buy anything there!! I ordered a Tens Unit that never arrived, instead I got a couple of obviously faked shipping emails. When I cancelled the order I got told that that's not possible because it's been already shipped - and they sent me another fake shipping email. I should have done proper research, when I googled "Oxiline and scam" I found a "Better Business Bureau" webpage with hundreds of complaints concerning this company. I have lost $120 and learned my lesson.

Horrible. Worst service ever and product’s are sub par. I purchased the scale, blood pressure, oxygen monitor, blood sugar testing and thermometer. All arrived MONTHS later after ordering. All were tossed in the trash. Not accurate…none of them.
