I’ve received 2 blood pressure machines from Oxiline and neither of them worked. When I complained about the first one, they wanted me to make a video of the machine not working even after I put new batteries in it. I said I wanted a replacement . They sent me another machine which also did not work. They then wanted me to return it to them at my expense. I refused to pay for return shipping and contacted my credit card company. As of now, I’ve had no response from oxiline. This company sends out bad equipment and wants the return cost paid by the buyer. It’s a scam. AVOID

If I could give them 0 ⭐️ I would! Placed order for glucose meter and strips on 11/14, supposedly shipped 11/15. I’ve tried daily pulling up tracking info and shows it was never shipped. I’ve reached out to customer service MULTIPLE times by email, no response. Have tried calling MULTIPLE times, phone is either busy or I sit on hold and then it disconnects. Last email sent was telling them if I did not hear back I would reach out to my credit card company as well as the BBB! Over this crap!

Ordered my pressure x pro on Nov 28 and paid xtra for expedited shipping. Still have not received and no one answers any phone lines. I would like a refund!

2 months passed after payment. Have no item and no response from customer service. Got scammed, sad:))

Absolute scam. Stay clear of these jokers. I placed an order On Oct 27th for a glucometer and strips and today is Nov 14 with no communication whatsover. You can never reach them over the phone and they do not bother to reply to their emails. Terrible customer service.

Horrible shipping, they use USPS which is horrible and lost my package. Need the bo monitor wound up going through amazon.

The order was supposed to ship within 2-3 days. I never received an email confirmation. 12 days after I placed the order I called customer service and was told that the product was on back order. I asked why I was not notified and was told that most clients were. I was also told that the product will be available later this week and will be shipped then, which means about 16 days later than I was promised. Not a way to establish good relationship with new customer. I will have to look elsewhere

This company is a scam I purchased a blood pressure machine from them almost a year they stated when I brought the Oxiline bp machine model Dbp-1314 it was a lifetime warranty. I’m on several blood pressure medicines and I have to take my pressure every day before taking my meds. I called this company I was advised to send a video of the problem which I did I called back and I was told now I have to send the machine back than they and once they receive it then they will send a new machine. Please don’t do business with this company they are horrible!!!!!
