Oxiline displayed outstanding customer service for me. Although they were unable to ship to me in my needed time frame, they went out of their way, at their expense, to see that my needs were met. I read their reviews beforehand and really wanted their blood pressure machine. When my current one wears out I will definitely get the next one from them.

As a disabled senior, I appreciated Oxiline customer service. I spoke to Douglas who was patient and efficient in reviewing my concerns. It was corrected during my phone conversation. I would recommend Oxiline.

I by mistake ordered 3 oximeters instead of the 1 which I needed. I returned the 2 unopened by UPS with a note about my mistake. However, I didn't save the routing # which was required for a return. I recently bought an oxiline pressure 9S pro blood pressure monitor. I chose it after researching online and also YouTube. It sounded like a good one. I got it at an awesome price, it arrived in 3 day's. Packaged with care. It is working great. I will take it to a couple of my doctor appts. Online communication was great with the company. I couldn't be happier. If your in need of a very good working blood pressure monitor, I do recommend this item. It was voted number 9 in the top ten of 2024 if I remember correctly. I inadvertently purchased two of the same unit and needed to return one. The return was easy and credit back to my card was a snap. The unit that I kept performs perfectly and is incredibly user friendly and accurate. Kudos to the entire team.
