I asked some technical questions and received well explained answers in a very timely manner. This proved to me they were on the ball, so I purchased from them. I recently bought the Oxiline Scale MD Pro and have been extremely impressed with the quality of unit. It takes a huge number of biometric measurements, but what impressed me the most was that its accuracy was remarkably close to that of the Dexascan test that I got done a few weeks ago. Furthermore, the Oxiline unit's measurements are very consistent from one day to the next. Lastly, its app (Fitdays+) is easy to use and produces a really nice report in .jpg format that one can send to one's doctor (or anyone else). I highly recommend this scale.

I had just had knee replacement surgery and my pressure was running high. I googled the best blood pressure machines and Oxiline came up. I bought one but the website said I didn’t finish my order. So I did it again. In the meantime I received confirmation that my order shipped and I was excited to get my BP machine. I was very pleased with my purchase and the way that the monitor worked. It was easy to use and easy to read. I even checked it with my PCP when I went for a check up and they said it was quite accurate. Then I was informed another one shipped! Oops. I had inadvertently ordered two. I emailed the company and they immediately sent a shipping label. As soon as I informed them I had sent the second one back they informed me they refunded my money. This company is very good. The quality of their product is excellent and their customer service is excellent as well. I would recommend them to friends and family 100%.

Through an ordering glitch, I was sent two blood pressure monitors instead of the one I ordered. Oxiline was very consumer-friendly by acknowledging the mixup and sending me labels to return the second monitor with a full refund. As it turned out, I kept the second unit to give to my daughter. But I was impressed with the rapidity and customer consideration I received.

Your normal practice is for the consumer to send a faulty unit back and you will send them a new unit. Because I could no be without my oximeter (per doctor) your representative (Justine) was very helpful in being able to find a way to send me the new unit first and I then sent the old one back.

I'm a 56 YO male that keeps active. I'm also a bit data geek. I had another scale that provided some variables in regards to my weight, etc and wanted to try something more accurate. Oxiline Scale was a referral from another hiking friend. I'm impressed! The data is detailed and very useful. I urge you to ignore the lower stared reviews as they do not pertain to great quality of this scale and it's actual intended use, for your health!!!
