I ordered a glucometer which I needed pretty quickly. Oxiline promised delivery in about 3 days. Well, it took two weeks. Someone who was told by a doctor that they need to start tracking their blood sugar can't wait two weeks for the monitor, I had to buy another one. By the time the Oxiline one came, I didn't need it any more. They wanted me to take it to the post office, pay to ship it back and then send them the tracking number. Then I was to sit and wait for the refund, the same way I sat and waited for the product in the first place. Big fat no. I donated the glucometer to a homeless shelter. A Medical Device company should do better. Reading the reviews I realize I was a sucker. Everyone else had the same complaint.

falsely advertises a return policy: will not honor it. item is unopened and unused: merchant has refused to provide return information more than a week after return request submitted. dishonest merchant. consumer deception and fraudulent return claims. do not buy.

Looking at other reviews, I guess we were lucky to have received our tens unit which cost over $200 NZD. We have had it 6 months and the unit has started to fail and no one at Oxiline will respond to our query. Do not buy anything from this company.

It’s interesting that the review I posted on their website this AM has disappeared. I ordered a Pulse XS Pro on April 8 which I have yet to receive although their web site claims “Expedited Shipping to guarantee fast delivery“ Several requests to their support have yet to produce any assistance and after 2 weeks I have given up trying to get help from Oxiline. The tracking is a joke as it doesn’t tell tou where it is or when it will be delivered. While they may have a decent product, their service and is a joke. It looks like my only option is to dispute the charge since no product has been forthcoming. Too bad I didn't find this site for reviews before I ordered.

I ordered a TENS machine from Oxilene and was satisfied with the quality. The pads eventually did not adhere so I ordered replacements. When they arrived, I found that they did not adhere after 1 use. I called their customer service and asked them to send replacements for the defective product. They refused to comply unless I returned the original items. I explained that I was bedridden but that did not change her policy.Very disappointed in their customer service.

I ordered a piece of health equipment from Oxiline. I received an email saying that they hoped I like the equipment despite the fact that I have not received it. I have called numerous times only to be told that they are not available. I have emailed, both on their web based email system and on regular email and have received no response. Their customer service in nonexistent. I am now having to process a claim with PayPal to try and get my money back. Steer clear of this company!

I had this exact same experience. This is a SCAM!!!!! I don't think this is a legitimate business. I ordered a product and they immediately charged my credit card. After a week, I contacted them to find out what had happened to my order. They said it was backordered, so I asked them to cancel and refund my money. They said they would, but after several more weeks, nothing has happened. I have called many times, but they aren't available to take calls. I've sent multiple emails. No response. And, no refund. I ordered the item, my credit card was charged the next day and, two weeks later, have not received it. Called several times and they do not answer their phone. Emailed several times without reply. Do Not Order from them. I do not know how companies like Forbes and Men'sHealth can give this company positive reviews.
