I'm giving this product a 5 star rating. Maybe a little premature due to the fact I've only used it a little over 3 days. But I feel this product is of quality. I can't comment on it's accuracy until I have a side-by-side at my doctors office. Although; when making repeated checks on myself it does very well with high consistency. I'm feeling confident to this point with my investment. The unit is compact, easy to use with a large, clear screen, that includes a number of helpful items on its display. I especially like the arm cuffs comfort and function. It's well designed and easy to use with great graphic instructions. Included is a very well designed, convenient and attractive travel case, dry cell batteries, and instruction booklet that is well written. *Note: it has an auxiliary power port (Type 'C') if you prefer not to use batteries. But... does not come with a cable. Not a problem - I just wanted to mention to you. I also want to commend the Customer Service Dept. They were above and beyond helpful in communicating and resolving a delivery problem NOT created by them (Oxiline). I greatly appreciate their communication and responsive resolve! I do recommend this product.

Recently purchased a Tens XSPro and I’m thoroughly pleased with it and the service provided by Oxiline. The product was shipped promptly and arrived as scheduled. I had a question related to its operation and a follow up email to the “help desk” was promptly answered and resolved. Great customer service.

I recently purchased the tens xs pro unit. I initially was going to give it a low evaluation. I couldn’t attest to how the unit worked because the documentation was poor and the website gave little support. I contacted there support department and they very quickly replied and thoroughly answered every question I had. I figured that the product was new and they assured me they are addressing the documentation issues Now to the important part. Once I knew how to operate it, it was a GAMECHANGER. I suffer from severe spinal/lumbar stenosis. Most of the time the pain is excruciating. I take prescription medication but I do not want to use it on a regular basis. I definitely need surgery, but I had 5 stents put in for my heart disease. I’m on blood thinners and I can’t have surgery So I purchased the tens unit and the relief was amazing I definitely recommend this.

I just received my new TENS unit. I was very excited to use it but I needed some additional information about pad placement and electrode cable selection. I received a prompt response that included all the information I needed.

Five stars for express delivery that arrived next day after shipping (so two days after ordering) and exceptional customer service (quick response and resolution)-I forgot the discount when I ordered and Justine arranged the adjustment (which I received within a couple of days). I will take the BP machine next time I visit the doctor to determine the accuracy-I am confident the reading will be fine.

I received fantastic customer service , my testing pro was still floating around Miami distribution center for 20 days . I text Justine in customer service and received a new tester no charge in 5 days . I am impressed with their response and quick service , if only the usps was that good they wouldn't be so inefficient . Thank you again Justine at Ox line .

Purchased a Tens X Pro and had intermittent problems with one half of the machine. After trouble shooting all that could be looked at Oxiline offered to replace it. The side that did work was helping me so I wasn't in a rush to send it back. I kept using it for a couple months and thought I might be past the grace period. Thankfully no. Justine was great to deal with and the new machine is on its way to me. Kind thanks Oxiline!
